This beautiful 90 m² south-facing villa, with no immediate neighbours, promises an unforgettable holiday thanks to its ideal location near Propriano and its spectacular sea views.

The interior of the villa has been designed for your comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and a living room that opens onto a large picture window, allowing you to fully enjoy the magnificent sea views. The two master suites, one with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and the other with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, are equipped with spacious walk-in showers. Sound-insulated doors separate the suites from the living area, ensuring both comfort and privacy.

Outside, the villa offers large private south- and west-facing terraces with breathtaking sea views, surrounded by a landscaped garden where the natural Mediterranean vegetation has been carefully preserved. This private garden is a peaceful haven, ideal for rest and relaxation, with the possibility of practising naturism in complete privacy thanks to the absence of nearby neighbours. The only neighbouring property is the owners' villa.

Access to the villa: the steep access road is fully concreted.

Please note: the villa is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to steps, thresholds, doorways, and the sloping terrain.

The villa is ideally located just 250 metres on foot from a magnificent beach of fine sand and rocks. The nearby town of Propriano provides easy transport connections to the mainland, while the charming village of Olmeto, with its traditional houses and picturesque streets, is only 7 km away.
